Edvanta does not offer refunds. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including partial billing periods, unused time and renewals. By subscribing to Edvanta Pro you agree to this policy.
Try before you pay
Every new account starts with a free all-access trial, and the free plan stays free forever. Please use the trial and the free plan to make sure Edvanta works for you before you subscribe — because once you do, the charge is final.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in the app. Cancelling stops all future charges — you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are never charged again. Cancelling does not refund payments already made.
Who processes payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details directly — we never see or store your card number. If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorization, contact us through the support channel in the app and we will investigate.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or state.
